We work diligently to ensure that all cases are responded to within in a timely manner, however, due to the complexity of each individual case, we cannot provide a specific timeline. Typically, we are able to resolve emergency cases within 1-2 weeks.

Do you work with the VA?

We are not directly affiliated with the VA, but we work alongside VA programs and services to provide complementary support.

Are your services free?

Most of our services are free or donation-based to veterans and their families. Some programs may require eligibility documentation.

Who is eligible for your services?

Veterans of any discharge status, active-duty service members, reservists, National Guard members, and their immediate families may be eligible for support. Some services may have specific criteria.

What documents do I need to apply for services?

You may be asked to provide your DD-214, valid ID, proof of income, or VA documents. In some cases, we may need your spouse’s or dependent’s information.

How long does it take to receive assistance?

We typically respond within 24 hours. However, depending on the complexity of your case, processing times may vary.

Is my information kept confidential?

Yes. We follow strict data protection standards, including HIPAA regulations for medical data. Your information is never shared without your consent.

What if I don’t have all of my documents?

We can help guide you through the process of retrieving necessary documentation from the VA or other agencies.

Do you provide mental health services?


We offer referrals to licensed mental health professionals and will soon offer in-house wellness programs, including retreats, therapy, and mindfulness workshops.

Are your wellness programs only for veterans?


While many of our programs prioritize veterans, we also host family-inclusive events and workshops.
